Jillian’s Cure is a non-profit organization whose mission is to fund research to make a better for future for those impacted by Autosomal Dominant Optic Atrophy (ADOA)-plus syndrome, and to unite anyone who has Optic Atrophy or Huntington’s Disease around the world.
Jillian is a 5-year-old girl who has ADOA, which involves vision loss, hearing loss, disturbances in the nerves used for muscle movement and sensation and muscle weakness. Jillian, whose favorite color is hot pink, is the inspiration for the logo imagery – guided by hope for a cure. I crafted the logo in the same vein as logos for medical companies and non-profits benefitting children like St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.
